Il seminario illustra l’evoluzione della normativa europea e nazionale in materia di sicurezza delle macchine. Verranno presentati i cambiamenti introdotti a partire dal 20 gennaio 2027 e gli impatti per le organizzazioni e le relative figure per la sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro in riferimento al D.Lgs. 81/2008.

Attrezzature di lavoro – TU 81/2008 – normativa UE di prodotto e Modifica sostanziale delle macchine esistenti, cibersicurezza e atti UE di riferimento.
The seminar illustrates the evolution of European and national legislation on machinery safety. It will present the changes introduced starting January 20, 2027, and the impact on organizations and their workplace safety professionals, as per Legislative Decree 81/2008.
The following topics will be focused by Paolo Calveri:
Work equipment – Consolidated Law 81/2008 – EU product legislation and substantial modifications to existing machinery, cybersecurity, and relevant EU legislation.
La nuova disciplina legislativa della UE modifica il quadro giuridico in essere relativamente alle macchine, alle quasi-macchine e ai prodotti correlati. I cambiamenti introdotti partono già dalla forma legislativa adottata. Infatti, l’atto legislativo UE “Regolamento” (così come le “Decisioni”) non prevede decreti attuativi dei singoli stati membri dell’Unione europea, fornendo maggiore uniformità di applicazione. In linea con gli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile dell’Unione europea, il nuovo Regolamento Macchine non solo fa riferimento alla sicurezza degli operatori, ma anche all’efficienza energetica e all’impatto ambientale delle macchine.
The new EU legislation modifies the existing legal framework for machinery, partly completed machinery, and related products. The changes introduced begin with the legislative form adopted. In fact, the EU legislative act “Regulation” (as well as the “Decisions”) does not require implementing decrees from individual EU member states, providing greater uniformity of application. In line with the European Union’s sustainable development goals, the new Machinery Regulation addresses not only operator safety, but also energy efficiency and the environmental impact of machinery.

Online conference on the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
On June 29, 2023, the new Machinery Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2023/1230 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2023, now commonly referred to as the Machinery Regulation), was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. It repeals the historic Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and will become applicable from January 20, 2027.
The article, authored by the Working Group that drafted the EPC Volume: “MACHINERY from the Directive to Regulation (EU) 2023/1230,” consisting of P. Calveri, C. Gabriele, M.S. Lora and A. Salducco first analyze what changes will occur with the approval of the Regulation and the implications of the new European regulation of machinery, partly completed machinery, and related products with the issues of cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, and artificial intelligence.
Il 29 giugno 2023 è stato pubblicato in Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea il nuovo Regolamento relativo alle macchine REGOLAMENTO (UE) 2023/1230 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO E DEL CONSIGLIO del 14 giugno 2023, in gergo ormai già diffuso Regolamento Macchine, che abroga la storica Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e che diverrà applicabile a partire dal 20 gennaio 2027.
L’articolo, a firma del Gruppo di lavoro che ha portato alla stesura del Volume EPC: “Le MACCHINE dalla direttiva al regolamento (UE) 2023/1230” costituito da P.Calveri, C.Gabriele, M.S. Lora e A.Salducco, analizza qui in prima battuta, cosa cambia con l’approvazione del Regolamento e gli intrecci della nuova regolamentazione europea delle macchine, delle quasi-macchine e dei prodotti correlati con i temi della Cybersecurity, dell’Industria 4.0 e dell’Intelligenza artificiale.

“Attrezzature di lavoro e prevenzione degli infortuni: come effettuare un audit efficace” vuole fornire agli auditor una guida nella delicata materia delle attrezzature di lavoro: uno strumento operativo “pratico” per gli audit di tali schemi.
“Work Equipment and Accident Prevention: How to Conduct an Effective Audit” aims to provide auditors with guidance on the delicate subject of work equipment: a “practical” operational tool for audits of such schemes.
Il tema dell’audit a distanza è stato trattato da UNI e Accredia sui rispettivi mezzi di comunicazione per presentare il documento “L’audit a distanza. Considerazioni generali, modalità di gestione e spunti operativi” (vai all’articolo pubblicato) al quale ora gli stessi autori (Paolo Calveri e Marco Cibien) aggiungono una “seconda parte” che entra nel dettaglio pratico.
The topic of remote auditing has been addressed by UNI and Accredia on their respective media outlets to present the document “Remote auditing. General considerations, management methods and operational ideas” (go to the published article) to which the same authors (Paolo Calveri and Marco Cibien) have now added a “second part” that goes into practical details.
